Dr. Mofor Clementine Cendoh is an eloquent grammarian woman who is making her way into Cameroon entrepreneurship.

As President of NestConsolidated Company, Dr. Cendoh is carving her own story with the dream of having all her talents and knowledge certified.

Her journey into the world of entrepreneurship began from childhood, given that she had a very difficult early life in primary and secondary school. Despite the difficulties, she says those moments taught her lessons, especially in fetching and managing the resources around her.

“My story dates back to the early childhood where I grew up in difficult situations. However, the difficult situations made me to be strong, especially when I engaged myself in a small business venture. As time was going, I discovered that I was able to save money that could help me. From there, I grew up with the spirit and today, I want to transfer that spirit to the present generation,” she said.

According to Dr. Cendoh, growing up with a lot of knowledge and experience has made her understand that, there is a need for her to use her strength and intelligence as well as networks to save mankind.

“… that I may deploy my intelligence, strength and networks towards the liberation of every trapped soul for purposeful living and the overall benefit of mankind,” she added.

As a personal branding Therapist, she believes Cameroonians need to brand themselves so that their works will continue to live.

According to her, personal branding will help to find out your uniqueness, building a reputation on the things you want to be known for, and then allowing yourself to be known for them is very important.

“You have to understand that your brand is what people say about you when you are not there. Effective personal branding will differentiate you from the competition and will allow you to build trust with your prospective clients and employers.

“Developing a great personal brand doesn’t happen overnight. It doesn’t just happen like that but you have to build it and that is why I am there to help you. It is good to be able to communicate your purpose and mission to your audience in a genuine way,” she said.

Dr. Cendoh’s passion for the family has taken her to counsel over 100 couples, singles, boys and girls, in related matters within the past 10 years. Having been self-taught, she has helped herself and others register their businesses and help them compile documents for public contacts acquisition.

Ten years from now, “… I see myself becoming the most booked and needed personal branding, business trainer, consultant and entrepreneur and above all, highest-paid black African in the world,” she stated while laughing.

Dr. Mofor Clementine Cendoh holds a Communication and Entrepreneurship, Certified Relationship Counselor, Certified Organisational Leadership mastery, and business intelligence.

Besides being an award-winning Personal Branding Therapist, she is the Founder and CEO of Springboard Productions, Board Chair TouchLife Global Foundation. She is an author and also an award-winning Filmmaker, Producer and Director.
